Girls Youth Gymnastics
Ages 5 and upClasses teach progressive motor skills,coordination, strength, flexibility, along with skills on the trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars and floor exercise. The youth program is developed into 4 levels - Introduction to gymnastics is the introduction to gymnastic skills and activities and is for children with little or no gymnastics experience Level 1,Level 2 & Level 3 each have a set of skills that need to be mastered prior to advancing from Level to level.
Youth Boys Gymnastics
Ages 5 and up
Classes teach progressive motor skills,coordination strength, flexibility that is a good foundation for the enhancement of all sports. These classes introduce fundamental skills on the mens events of high bar, parallel bars, rings, floor exercise,pommell horse- mushroom, and vault.
