General Information

Membership Fee: All students are erquire to pay a yearly membership fee.  The membership begins from the first date of enrollment for one year.  The fee is $30.00 per child.  THis fee is non-refundable or transferable.  All Students need a membership to participate in a gymnastics or tumbling class.  Super Savers classes are the only ones excluded.

Spectators: Parents are welcome to view from the observation area.  Strollers not permitted in observation area.  Please do not stand at the rail or give verbal comments to students while in class.

Make- up Policy: Students have the opportunity to make-up one missed class per session.  Day & time will vary.  Class must be made up prior to the end of the session.  Make- up arrangements can be made at the desk.

Class Attendance Size Policy: In the event that only one student is in attendance for a class on any given day, the length of the the class that day will be 1/2 the scheudle time.

Money Back Guarantee: For students "New to Arising Stars" we guarantee your child will love their class! If they don't, we will refund the entire amount you paid!  To qualify you must do the following.

  1.  Register you child- complete the registration form in person and pay all applicable fees (Arising Stars Membership fee and class fee)
  2. Bring your child to their first class
  3. If your child does not wish to continue, you MUST call Arising Stars or stop by the desk within 24 hours of the end of their FIRST class to let us know that you are requestins a refund.  
  4. A refund will be mailed to your home address.
Cancellation Fee: Students that have enrolled for a class and request a refund prior to the start of a session will be charges a $10.00 cancellation fee.  Membership fee is non-refundable.  No refunds or credits for classes once the session has begun.  Online registrations subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee.
